Renovating New House

First day got the keys
Tmn Putra Prima, Puchong
Recently I'm busy on my new house renovation. Sourcing quotation part really made me headache. Initially I budgeted RM50k for all-in, now already far out of my expectation. Sweat~~

Things from big (built-in) to small (lighting) also need money. Many things we like and we want, but not this time, may be next house. Just hope we can spend our money wisely.

Hopefully we can move-in in September, then have a small party to invite some friends for Christmas.
So my dear friends, let me know if you are so kind and want to sponsor us some home decorations or home appliance, I'm having a long wish list, wahaha...... :D

Wonderful Dinner

070611 seem was a special day. He took me to dinner at Genji, PJ Hilton. He always said how well was his client treat him at this Japanese Restaurant, but now only got chance to bring me here. It is a nice place, but most important thing is...I love Japanese food!
my view of Genji
When I flipped the menu, I know I have to order what I like to eat, because we definitely won't come here oftenly. So as starter, we have...
Salmon Salad...the sauce so delicious.
That's my main course, favorite unagi, very strong smell, but a bit too "fat" to me.
Unagi Don
Here is his main course, forgot what noodle is that, but the soup very sweet.
XX Noodle
Finally, is a MUST order item, Sashimi. The sashimi here taste sweet and fresh. Their signature sashimi is "Toro", RM50/pc, but we didn't order la. Actually I can't taste the difference so much, so better don't waste it, haha...
Sashimi + Sushi combo
We were so full, this is the best time to have an ice cream as dessert. This ice cream cost me 2 cups of Haagen Dazs, wow...BUT, they forgot to put it in bill, I must be pretty...wahahaha....
Macha Ice Cream + Red Beans
This is not over yet...99 roses as a happy ending for the night. First time receive so much roses, hehe...so have to take more pictures la.
Just for you...

Sweet leh.....
~ Happy Ending ~

Happy Father's Day

Although I'm not born in a very rich family, but I think I'm quite "hou miang" (lucky).
I have my first car on my 17+, before I get my license (I failed 2 times, paisei). It was a Wira with latest gold colour.
Proton Wira
When I studied in Australia, the Wira has transfered to the Company. My dad gave me a Kelisa to drive when I back for 3 months summer holiday. Because we just moved into a new area, having a car to drive is very important to me.
Perodua Kelisa
This Kelisa also transfered to my mom when I back to Australia again. When I finished my study and start working, I got my first foreign car, Honda City. I always hope to drive Honda in one day.
My Honda City last day with me
I like this City very much, comfortable interior, fuel efficiency, I drove for 5 years+. This year, dad asked me to choose a new car as a last "car present" from him. And I chose this...
Peugeot Turbo 308
I noticed this car on the road just few days before my dad give me the offer. So when dad asked me, this car firstly come into my mind. After filtering few options, i.e. Mazda 3, Ford Fiesta, Latio, etc., I still can't get my eyes on this car. Although I worry on its maintenance, spare parts, and fuel consumption. So it became my first continental car. I enjoy it wide "moon roof".

I seem very "sai meng" here. But I just want to say I'm very lucky to have the things I like at every moment.
Thanks dad, Happy Father's Day!
